Three stages. You decide again after each one.

The prices are here because you should know what you are getting into before the first call. All amounts net, plus VAT.

Sketch of a planning board with six columns and three rows, card strips for analysis, build and handover, a tray of spare strips and a pencil below.

Stages

The three stages and their prices

  • Stage 1: AI workflow analysis

€4,900fixed price, three days, on site or remotely

    • Conversations with the people who do the work today
    • A look into your systems and datasets
    • List of your workflows: effort today, savings tomorrow
    • Fixed price per workflow for stage 2
    • A "does not pay off" column, with reasons
    • Per workflow: connect standard software or build a custom tool
    • Data flow sketch and model recommendation per workflow
    Request an analysis
  • Stage 2: Build per workflow

€12,000 to €40,000fixed price, stated as binding in the analysis

    • Rulebook set together with you
    • Built in your systems, with your data
    • Trial run and parallel operation with checks
    • Rollout, documentation, handover
    • Code, rules and prompts belong to you
    • Four to six weeks per workflow, longer for complex workflows
    What determines the price
  • Stage 3: Ongoing operation

from €2,900a month, cancellable at the end of any month

    • Monitoring of all workflows, reports to you
    • Updates when models, systems or rules change
    • Response by the next working day, same day if something breaks down
    • Fixed allowance for extensions and questions
    • Quarterly review: what is running, what is next
    • The price rises with the number and scope of workflows

Schedule

The schedule for the first workflow

From the first review to live operation in six weeks. Complex workflows with many systems or large datasets take longer; the analysis gives the schedule for those. Every further workflow goes faster, because access, rules and trust are already in place. Each week shows how much of your time to plan for.

  1. Week 1

    Analysis

Three days of review. The analysis is led by Nicolas Deskau, your contact, together with the specialist who will then build the workflow. By the end of the week you have the list with fixed prices. You decide whether to build a workflow, and which one comes first.

Your timeDuring the three analysis days we talk to the people who do the work today, about one to two hours per person. Plus one contact for access.

  2. Week 2

    Rulebook and access

Together with you we set what the workflow may do and what it puts in front of a person. Your IT team grants access, and we set up the environment in which your data stays.

Your timeOne decision-maker for the rulebook, about two hours. Your IT team for access, about one hour. With a works council, one further meeting of about an hour.

  3. Week 3

    Trial run

The workflow processes a sample. You check every passage. Deviations become rules.

Your timeThe business department checks the sample, about two to four hours.

  4. Weeks 4 to 5

    Parallel operation

The workflow runs for two weeks alongside the existing work, longer with large datasets. We compare results and figures. Only when they are right does it take over.

Your timeReviewing results during the parallel operation, about one hour a week.

  5. Week 6

    Handover and operation

Your team learns the workflow and receives the documentation and the rules for making adjustments. From here the second shift runs, monitored by us if you book ongoing operation.

Your timeHandover to your team, about half a day.

Factors

What determines the price of a build

Factors that determine the price of a build
Number of systemsA workflow between an inbox and a CRM is simpler than one that connects ERP, PIM and shop.
Strictness of the rulesLegal texts under a directive need more checks than category texts for a shop.
Volume and languagesThe build is the same whether it is 1,000 or 100,000 records. What rises is checking, run time and model costs.
Writing backDelivering results as a file is cheaper than writing them back into a system that must not fall over in the process.
Data locationOpen models on your own servers need set-up and computing power. Cloud models under contract are quicker to set up.
Share of human decisionsThe more cases a person has to check, the more interfaces and inboxes we build for them.
Dedicated interfaceA tool that staff or customers operate themselves needs design, roles and permissions. That is the biggest price driver, and the reason we do not give a range for custom tools, only a fixed price in the analysis. Based on experience from past projects, the cost calculator works with €25,000 to €60,000 per tool; the binding price is in the analysis.

We do not pass on ongoing costs for AI models with a mark-up. They run through your own account with the provider or are billed transparently by usage. The analysis includes an estimate per workflow.

The maths

A first year with two workflows

A sample calculation using the prices on this page, so you know the order of magnitude before the call. The analysis gives the binding price per workflow.

Sample calculation for a first year with two workflows, amounts net
ItemAssumptionAmount, net
Workflow analysisfixed price, three days€4,900
Building two workflowsabout €12,000 to €30,000 per workflow€24,000 to €60,000
Ongoing operationtwelve months, assuming €2,900 a month for two medium-sized workflows, more for larger scope€34,800
First yearanalysis, two builds, ongoing operation€63,700 to €99,700
Model coststhrough your own account with the provider, no mark-up, not included in the totaldepending on volume, a few hundred to a few thousand euros a year, estimated in the analysis

A typical first year with two workflows therefore comes to between €60,000 and €100,000 net, plus VAT. If both workflows are at the top of the range, at up to €40,000 per workflow, the total rises to as much as €119,700. The article What an AI project costs a mid-sized company explains with two worked examples how we estimate model costs.

Not included

What the price does not include, and why

  • No strategy papers. The analysis is a list with prices, not a slide deck.
  • No licence for our software. There is none. What we build belongs to you.
  • No training days in the package. The handover is part of the build. If you want more, book hours from the ongoing operation allowance.
  • No minimum term. Ongoing operation can be cancelled monthly. You stay because it pays off.
  • No percentage guarantee on results. We state the savings we expect, with figures from your own operations. What we promise is the approach, not a number.

Handover

The first step is a 30-minute call.

You tell us about the workflow that costs you the most time. We tell you honestly whether AI pays off there and what the next step would be. Whether a workflow analysis follows is up to you.
